About the Position
As our Client Acquisition Manager, you will lead the firm's legal sales, immigration intake, and client conversion process from the initial consultation through the execution of the retainer agreement.
This is a consultative sales position designed for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, educating prospective clients, overcoming objections, and helping people confidently move forward with legal representation.
You'll work with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in our services, identify their legal needs, explain how our firm can help, and guide them through the decision-making process with professionalism and empathy.
Success in this position is measured by your ability to consistently convert qualified leads into retained clients while delivering an exceptional client experience.
You'll also help improve the firm's client acquisition systems by managing your sales pipeline, tracking key performance indicators, documenting client interactions within the firm's CRM and case management software, and collaborating with leadership to continuously improve consultation, intake, and conversion strategies.
